Job Description: Marketing Officer
Altair I Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive, highly organized Marketing Officer. This role bridges marketing strategy and sales execution by generating leads, managing partner programs, and providing daily operational support to Account Managers (AMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Support- Source new opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and targeted emails.
- Qualify and route sales opportunities to the appropriate AM/BDM for closure.
- Call prospects to update the database and schedule client meetings for AMs.
- Work with marketing plans to craft direct mailers, telemarketing scripts, and events that drive 20 qualified leads monthly.
- Manage, track, and monitor partner and deal registrations with technology providers.
- Familiarity with technology and IT industry concepts is essential for effective partner management.
- Monitor partner programs of technology providers to keep the company aligned with their latest activities.
- Track education information, including company certifications, accreditations, and trainings.
- Continuously update and maintain the accuracy of client, prospect, and distributor databases.
- Coordinate with the web team to maintain an interactive, straightforward, and updated website.
- Assist Sales with customer accreditations, bid preparations, and event logistics (quarterly roundtables and deep dives).
- Education: Graduate of any four-year degree course.
- Experience: 3 years of work experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales support.
- Core Skills: Proven experience in lead generation (events, telemarketing, direct mail), database management, and basic website maintenance.
