Logistic Coordinator

Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and store operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain logistics, inventory, and delivery reports.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation for receiving, dispatching, and inventory transactions.
• Monitor stock movements and minimize inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in demand planning and inventory forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and storage standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B), food manufacturing, or retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and distribution processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel to stores or warehouses when required.
