Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inplant Coordinator to join our logistics team in Laguna. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, and monitoring delivered cargo to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.

• College undergraduate or vocational graduate.
• With experience in receiving and checking delivered cargo.
• Familiarity with warehouse and logistics operations is an advantage.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must live near Laguna
• Willing to be assigned in Laguna.

• Receive and inspect incoming cargo deliveries.
• Verify quantities and conditions of delivered items against delivery documents.
• Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse personnel regarding deliveries.
• Monitor and document cargo receipts and discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain accurate receiving records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards.
