ONSITE | Virtual Dental Assistant (Angeles Pampanga)

• Assist and welcome patients via virtual platforms while accurately gathering personal and medical information
• Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication
• Handle inbound calls and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Coordinate with dentists, patients, and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain organized and accurate patient records, including reports and documentation
• Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned

• College graduate; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach
• Team-oriented with strong analytical skills and willingness to learn
• Comfortable using computers and various digital tools
• Background in dental or healthcare is an advantage but not required
