What You’ll Be Doing:
- Resolve intermediate-level support tickets across Microsoft 365 and related platforms
- Provide remote technical support and exceptional customer service
- Monitor RMM tools and respond to incidents proactively
- Troubleshoot and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, and Intune
- Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access changes
- Escalate complex issues to Level 3 engineers when required
- Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge base
- Participate in after-hours/on-call support as part of a rotating roster
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and remote monitoring tools
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like ConnectWise, Autotask, or Halo
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a solutions-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- A proactive attitude with a desire to grow into Level 3 support or leadership
- Understanding of Windows desktop and server environments
- ITIL awareness is a plus
