Multimedia Designer

We are looking for an all-round graphic designer ready to make an immediate impact across a broad spectrum of design work—from digital UI and web, to brand development, video editing, and print. No two days are the same here—and that’s exactly how we like it.

As a designer, you’ll be part of a fast-growing company dedicated to helping builders and construction professionals get their time back and grow their businesses. You'll work directly with the Director of Marketing and collaborate with a passionate team that values purpose-driven design, clarity, and innovation.

• Design UI elements and digital experiences that are intuitive and engaging. Develop, evolve, and maintain brand identities and guidelines.
• Create marketing collateral across digital, social, and print mediums.
• Design for social media and produce simple animations and video content.
• Edit and produce short-form videos for marketing, social, and product demos.
• Collaborate across departments to align design work with marketing goals and strategic objectives. Juggle multiple design projects, prioritising tasks to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

What We’re Looking For:

• Adaptability & Versatility - You’re comfortable designing for both print and digital environments. You move easily between UI mockups, brand docs, social graphics, and video content.
• Creativity & Innovation - You bring fresh ideas to the table and stay on top of emerging design and video trends.
• Strong Communication Skills - You can clearly articulate your design rationale and are confident presenting ideas to internal stakeholders.
• Time Management & Organisation - You know how to manage projects efficiently, stick to timelines, and stay organised under pressure.
• Problem-Solving Mindset - You’re resilient when feedback comes in, and you know how to use it to improve and evolve your work.
• Portfolio & Experience - A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates your range—from UI design to branding, video editing, print, and motion.
• Technical Proficiency - Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD or Figma), with working knowledge of editing and motion tools.
• Experience working within or creating brand systems
• A knack for motion graphics
• Short-form storytelling and video editing nous
