About the Role
§ We are seeking a highly competent and strategic Property Manager to lead and oversee the overall performance, operations, and development of company assets related to commercial and/or mixed-use properties.
§ This role requires strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple functional areas while ensuring operational excellence, tenant satisfaction, and long-term asset value growth.
§ The ideal candidate is both a manager and a decision-maker who can balance operational efficiency with strategic property development and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
§ Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the property’s operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high service standards across all functions
§ Oversee the coordination and performance of all property-related activities including administrative operations, HR compliance, accounting measures, tenant relations, security & privacy issues, sales & marketing strategies, repair and maintenance, and support services
§ Ensure the effective implementation of operational policies, internal systems, and property management procedures to maintain order and operational excellence
§ Supervise and align all internal teams and service providers to ensure seamless day-to-day property operations
§ Oversee administrative processes including documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements to ensure accuracy and organizational discipline
§ Support and coordinate property development and improvement initiatives in alignment with long-term asset value and strategic goals
§ Assist in workforce coordination and basic HR-related matters including staffing support, policy implementation, and employee discipline as needed
§ Drive marketing and leasing support initiatives to maintain strong occupancy levels and competitive market positioning of the property
§ Manage market vendor tenant and client relations, ensuring timely resolution of concerns and maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships
§ Coordinate closely with security teams 24/7 to ensure safety, order, and proper enforcement of security and privacy protocols within the property
§ Provide regular updates and performance reports to management, highlighting operational status, financial matter, improvement opportunities, and concerning issues
Qualifications
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field
§ Proven experience in property management, operations management, or similar leadership role
§ Strong executive decision-making, leadership, and problem-solving skills
§ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
§ Ability to manage multiple departments and drive operational efficiency
