About the role
LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP. is seeking a Property Management Staff to join our team in Metro Manila on a full-time basis. This role is integral to our operations, as you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our residential and commercial properties.The Property Management Staff will serve as a key liaison between property owners, tenants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all assigned properties. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in residential property management whilst contributing directly to tenant satisfaction and property value preservation.
What you'll be doing- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of assigned residential properties, ensuring all facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair contractors to address property maintenance needs and emergencies
- Collect and record rental payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records
- Conduct property inspections on a regular basis to identify maintenance issues and ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive property documentation, including lease agreements, tenant records, and maintenance logs
- Assist in advertising vacant properties, screening potential tenants and processing lease applications
- Enforce lease terms and policies, including handling late payments and lease violations
- Liaise with property owners to provide updates on property performance and maintenance needs
- Support the coordination of property showings and viewings for prospective tenants
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education in property management or business administration is advantageous
- Proven experience of at least 1-2 years working in property management, residential leasing or a related field
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, owners and contractors
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of local property laws, regulations and tenant rights in the Philippines
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and financial documentation
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently whilst collaborating with team members
- Physical ability to conduct property inspections and walk through multiple locations
