Purchasing Staff

Employment Type: Full-Time

• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the construction, accounting, and warehouse teams for procurement needs.
• Monitor market trends to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Prepare regular reports on completed and pending transactions for management review.
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of any 4 years course (preferred but not required).
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience in purchasing or procurement.
• With prior experience in purchasing for a construction company or real estate developer is a Plus.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory systems.
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Trustworthy, proactive, and with high attention to detail.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
