About the role

Henkel is looking for an Automated Labelling Solutions Specialist to join our Global Business Solutions+ team in Makati.

This role supports Henkel manufacturing plants by creating and improving automated print label templates. You will work with packaging artwork, labelling systems, SAP data, and basic scripting to ensure labels are accurate, compliant, and ready for production use.

This is a hybrid role based in Makati and follows a night shift schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

• Create print label templates using BarTender software.
• Copy and fit master text from SAP into label templates, including multi-language and regulatory text.
• Resize artwork based on approved design standards.
• Create, update, and improve template codes using SAP and VBA.
• Check artwork, design standards, printer specifications, and historical files for accuracy.
• Release final files in the correct format for production use.
• Maintain the graphics library, mechanical files, job history, and server data assets.
• Troubleshoot printing and template-related issues.
• Coordinate with key users from Henkel manufacturing plants.
• Support process improvements, new projects, and pilot initiatives.

• At least 5 years of experience in packaging design, print management, packaging artwork, or a related field.
• Experience in packaging artwork, print labels, or production-ready design files.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign.
• Experience with BarTender software is an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP, VBA, VBScript, HTML, or RTF is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when checking artwork, text, layout, and compliance requirements.
• Good problem-solving skills, especially for printing or template issues.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Able to work with stakeholders from different countries and manufacturing sites.
• Comfortable working night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
