WE’RE HIRING! – FIELD SALES SPECIALIST

Assignment Location: Provincial Markets (Outside Metro Manila)

Job Summary

Expand Eastern Exponent Inc.’s reach by targeting provincial markets! As a Field Sales Specialist, you’ll generate leads, close deals on-site, and build lasting relationships with contractors, developers, resort owners, and homeowners. Represent top-quality Emaux, Astralpool swimming pool products, and LEO Domestic water pumps with professionalism and confidence.

What You’ll Do

Sales & Client Acquisition
  • Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients outside Metro Manila.
  • Present and promote premium swimming pool products and domestic water pumps.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions.
  • Close sales on-site and secure initial orders or down payments whenever possible.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism in all client interactions.
Relationship Management
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with B2B clients (contractors, hardware stores, developers) and B2C customers (resort owners, homeowners).
  • Serve as the consistent point of contact for field inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for deliveries, quotations, and technical assistance.
Route & Field Planning
  • Plan efficient routes to maximize time and reduce travel costs.
  • Prioritize hot leads, high-potential areas, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a clear weekly schedule of field activities.
Reporting & Documentation
  • Submit weekly reports on visits, leads, and sales conversions.
  • Update CRM or sales trackers with client data and notes.
  • Log customer feedback, objections, and opportunities.
Sales Kit & Presentation
  • Bring necessary materials like brochures, tablets, and quotations on every visit.
  • Keep product knowledge up-to-date through internal training.
  • Explain technical product details clearly and confidently.
Compliance & Integrity
  • Follow protocols when collecting payments and facilitating orders.
  • Ensure clients receive official documents such as receipts, contracts, and delivery schedules.
  • Submit field expenses and reimbursement requests with complete documentation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields (Non-graduates with relevant technical sales experience are welcome!)
  • 1-2 years' experience in field sales of technical products, hardware, or construction supplies
  • Proactive, sales-driven, and able to close deals on client visits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Adaptable to diverse customer profiles and locations
  • Able to explain technical details of water pumps and pool supplies effectively
  • Comfortable engaging with both B2B and B2C clients
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Knowledge of Metro Manila and provincial routes, with good route planning skills
  • Preferably holds a valid driver’s license and can commute efficiently
