We are seeking an innovative and analytical Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the sales team, provide training to new hires, and drive business growth through in-depth market research and strategic planning. The Sales Specialist tasks include preparing accurate sales forecasts, managing advertising budgets, and refining marketing strategies.

You will also play a pivotal role in evaluating and amending sales policies to align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and goals align with the company’s offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee client satisfaction, resolve issues, and ensure smooth transitions from prospect to active client.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-profile or large accounts by developing tailored account plans and strategies for growth and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive revenue.
  • Act as a representative between clients and company leadership, including executive-level stakeholders.
  • Focus on business development by conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and creating proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Oversee sales team coordination, including recruitment, training, and providing ongoing support through product demonstrations and refresher sessions.
  • Analyze sales team performance, set sales targets, and implement strategies and incentives to achieve goals.
  • Maintain a network of vendors and suppliers, ensuring resource allocation aligns with sales forecasts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base while fostering trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Stay updated on advancements in marketing and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in account relations (client relations)
  • Professional and charismatic presence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and train sales teams effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
