About the role
We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic call centre team in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to launch their career in customer service, regardless of prior experience.In this role, you will be the voice of Nezda Technologies, Inc., providing outstanding support to our valued customers through telephone channels. You will play a crucial part in building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction whilst handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information with professionalism and courtesy.
Key responsibilities- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat messages in a timely and professional manner
- Listen actively to customer concerns and identify appropriate solutions to address their needs
- Provide accurate information about products and services in a clear and helpful way
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems for quality assurance and reference
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or specialist teams as necessary
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour even during challenging customer interactions
- Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support of colleagues
- Participate in training sessions and continuous development opportunities to enhance skills and product knowledge
- 1 year BPO work experience with at least 6 months healthcare experience
- No prior experience required – we welcome entry-level candidates
- Willing to work fulltime onsite in EDSA Greenfield, Mandaluyong
- Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally
- Strong listening and empathy skills to understand customer needs and concerns
- Patient and calm demeanour, with the ability to remain composed under pressure
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues
- Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to consistent attendance
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and products
- Positive attitude and genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and typing
