Warehouse Associate (Head Office)

Key Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for picking products from issued Stock Transfer Request (STR) by the Inventory Management
• Team (IMT).
• Responsible for TRANS-OUT or barcode scanning of all items in the Goods Issued (GI) for delivery or
• transfer.
• Check and verify items before signing the Goods Issued (GI).
• Inform Warehouse Officer of any issue with the Stock Transfer Request (STR), which causing delay or
• problem with the issuance of Goods Issued (GI).
• Responsible for put-away of all incoming supplier deliveries, RMA, and RMS in the correct designated

• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Liable for any losses inside the warehouse
• May assist in warehouse operations when needed.
• Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and orderly
• Execute specialized projects for our WIG-related initiative.
• May be required to flex hours to support all areas of the business.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by the management.
• Receive supplier delivery
• Assign as checker
• Assign as dispatcher

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to learn or has knowledge in end-to-end Inbound and Outbound Operations
• Demonstrates ability to learn or has knowledge in handling computer products
• Skills
• Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Demonstrates ability to lift heavy and fragile items

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Demonstrates willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively with other people and in time-bound activities

• Atleast 6 months relevant experience in Warehouse Operations
• Knowledge in using ERP is advantage

• Must be a Senior High School Graduate or higher.
