Facilities Management Specialist

The position is primary responsible for overseeing and maintaining the facility management of the President and CEO properties. The position is also responsible for supervising the repairs, renovations, and equipment installations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implements preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment.
- Controls the facility management budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to policies, and procedures.
- Enforces facility compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Monitors utilities consumption. Recommends energy-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Maintains record of maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment inventory.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Architecture or Engineering courses.
- At least three (3) years of work-related experience in facilities management. With knowledge in electrical and plumbing works as well as architectural fundamentals.
- Must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel and do fieldwork
- Willing to work in Makati
