Legal Compliance Officer

The Compliance Officer / Legal Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal compliance, corporate documentation, and regulatory requirements across its business units and properties. This role supports executive management in ensuring compliance with government regulations, property documentation, contracts, and legal coordination while maintaining organized and secure records.

• Monitor company compliance with laws, permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain compliance calendars and coordinate timely renewals and government submissions
• Handle property titling, land documentation, transfers, and coordination with government offices
• Prepare, organize, and maintain contracts, MOAs, legal documents, and compliance records
• Coordinate with SEC, BIR, DENR, LGUs, external legal counsel, and other agencies
• Support executive management in legal, compliance, and documentation-related matters
• Monitor legal documentation workflows and ensure confidentiality and proper record management
• Identify compliance risks and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
• Perform other duties as assigned to support legal protection, compliance, and business operations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Management, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Background in Paralegal Studies or Legal Documentation is an advantage
• At least 3–5 years experience in legal compliance, corporate documentation, property administration, or related field
• Experience in real estate/property titling is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable in Philippine corporate compliance and property documentation processes
• Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential matters professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems

• Experience dealing with SEC, BIR, DENR, Registry of Deeds, and LGUs
• Familiarity with land titles, permits, contracts, and corporate records
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills
