As a Junior Document Controller, you will support project teams by managing documents, organizing files, tracking submissions, and maintaining accurate project records. You will work closely with project engineers, project managers, and administrative teams to ensure documentation flows smoothly across projects and departments.

Essential Skills - Technical
- Basic proficiency in document control software (e.g., Procore, Box)
- Familiarity with PDF editing, overlays, and drawing management tools (e.g., Bluebeam)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic data manipulation
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and Outlook for communication and coordination
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Basic understanding of business operations and workflows
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated
- High degree of integrity and accountability
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Associate's degree or coursework in construction, engineering, or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in BPO, customer service, or administrative support
- Ability to electronically organize and maintain files
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Box, CMiC, and Procore
- Communication skill is at least intermediate (IELTS score: 6.5 or CEFR: B2 or higher)
- Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods
- Capacity to adapt to and perform effectively during night or graveyard shifts
- Regular use of standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and related peripherals
- Primarily office-based during the probationary period following a Pacific Time Monday-Friday schedule
- Hybrid work setup available (2-3 days per week remote) upon regularization, in accordance with company policy
- Employees are expected to adhere to the organization's Telecommuting Policy and English Only Policy
Document Control and Records Management
- Collect, organize, and maintain project-related documents
- Ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date
- Ensure adherence to document numbering, filing, and sorting processes
- Support Project Engineers, Project Managers, and staff with document tracking and submission
- Perform data entry and clerical duties related to project documentation
- Log and update information into spreadsheets
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure all required documentation is received and filed
- Support the Engineer Support Department with electronic filing of reports and documents
