Job Description
The HR / Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all human resources and administrative functions of the company. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, compliance with labor regulations, and effective workforce management while supporting company leadership and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Implement and enforce company policies, employee handbook, and disciplinary procedures (NTEs, written warnings, documentation)
- Maintain employee records, contracts, job offers, and HR files
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and timekeeping systems
- Coordinate payroll processing and government-mandated contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Assist management in performance reviews, promotions, and organizational planning
- Oversee daily office operations, supplies, vendors, and facilities
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain proper document control, filing systems, and company records
- Manage custody and accountability of company assets and equipment
- Coordinate internal meetings, company events, and official communications
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Coordinate with external partners such as accountants, legal consultants, and government agencies
- Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions
- Support project teams with manpower documentation and administrative requirements
- College graduate, preferably with a degree in:
- Human Resource Management
- Psychology
- Business Administration
- Management
- Industrial Relations
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources and Administrative management
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or project-based industry is a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
- Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
