Treasury Specialist for Mortgage Operations

Are you detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments? Join our team as a Treasury Specialist, where you'll play a key role in managing the financial operations that keep our mortgage processes running smoothly.

In this role, you’ll:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of mortgage loan paydowns from warehouse bank lines
• Support loan funding operations during high-volume periods, helping us move loans efficiently through the pipeline
• Collaborate across departments and with external partners like investors and warehouse banks
• Work with tools like Encompass and MERS, gaining valuable experience in fintech platforms

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 1–2 years of experience in banking, mortgage, treasury operations, or financial services
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
• Proficiency with Excel and general comfort with financial systems; experience with Encompass is a plus
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
• Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Can work on night shift schedule, onsite in our Ortigas center, Monday to Friday only.
