Payroll/Treasury Staff (Project-based)

Job Description:

• Responsibilities include assisting in payroll and treasury preparation and documentation, preparing payment request forms, handling petty cash transactions, assisting with government contributions and loan processing and supporting pre-employment activities and event logistics

• 1. Prepare the following forms for Payroll & Treasury Manager’s review a. Payment Request Form (PRF)

1. SSS, HDMF and Philhealth contributions and loans

ii. Petty cash reimbursements

ii. Third party payroll invoices

1. Finance reimbursements
2. Petty cash liquidation
3. Bank related forms
4. Other forms as needed

1. Prepare the following reports for Payroll & Treasury Manager’s review

1. Payment receipts of government contributions and loans
2. Other reports as needed

1. Assist with the release of gift certificates/cards
2. Assist with event logistics
3. Assist with other that may be assigned from time to time Confidential - Not for Public Consumption or Distribution

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• At least with 6-months of related work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent data entry and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate and work with the team
