Marketing Associate

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will support the execution of marketing initiatives that strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and support business growth. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive team player who is eager to learn and contribute across multiple marketing functions in a fast-paced environment.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Assist in creating and publishing content for social media, email marketing, website, and marketing materials
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign deliverables and timelines
• Help manage and update marketing calendars, reports, and documentation
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights
• Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Support events, partnerships, and promotional activities as needed
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media tools
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks

• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite)
• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Interest or experience in technology, healthcare, or SaaS marketing
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in marketing analytics
