Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketing campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Calendar Planning

• Ensures that the Social Media calendar is planned ahead of time.

1. Social Media Posting and Updates

• To cover all current PVI pages based on the Social Media calendar.
• Monitoring social media platforms, and responding to customer inquiries in support of the sales teams, and actively engage with customers to build brand loyalty.
• Monitors and manages social media accounts, including posting content.

1. Copywriting

• In charge of proofreading, creation of captions, and copies of contents.

1. Market Research

• Monitor Market Trends based on different channels like email marketing, digital, social media, and content marketing.

1. Marketing Strategies.

• Support in the conceptualization and creation of effective marketing plans to increase sale offtake.

1. Assist in event planning and execution

• Assist in the coordination and execution of marketing events and campaigns.
• Support in the development of marketing materials.

1. Documentation

• Proper note-taking during meetings and other administrative work throughout the work applications.

1. Project Coordination

• Coordination with third parties (suppliers, or clients)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related courses.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as Marketing Assistant.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills for creating engaging captions and content.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
