Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming goods and materials.
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for dispatch or delivery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systems.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and retrieval.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of goods.
- Follow safety, security, and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- High school diploma or vocational course in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is preferred.
- Good physical condition for lifting and handling goods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
