Warehouse Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role ensures accurate inventory management and timely preparation of materials for field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming telecom equipment and materials against delivery documents
• Organize and store items properly to ensure easy access and safety
• Prepare and release materials for deployment, installation, and maintenance teams
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and documentation of all warehouse items
• Assist in loading and unloading deliveries
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse
• Report damaged, defective, or missing items to the supervisor immediately
• Support other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least Senior High School graduate or College level
• With experience in warehouse operations, preferably in telecom or construction industry (advantage but not required)
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and documentation
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Trustworthy and responsible
• Willing to render overtime and work on field/warehouse setup if needed
