Research Associate

Position Overview:

The Research Associate role is to primarily support the Research head in the implementation and management of commissioned research projects. The Research Associate will be responsible for the preparation of fieldwork materials and day-to-day coordination with the Operations team to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Communicate and collaborate with the operations team to ensure excellent project execution
• Handles and prepares project documents (Project specs, questionnaire, fieldwork materials)
• Check and review tabulated data for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepares research reports (data preparation and analytic research results)
• Undertake research and data analysis to support the manager in his oversight of the Research projects
• Prepare documentation for meetings, consultations, and other activities

Education:

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Communication Research, Business Management, Marketing, Psychology, or other related field or equivalent.

Experience:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year experience in the Market Research Field is an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office applications

• A team player with a customer-oriented approach
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• Strong decision-making skills, and a good understanding of market research techniques, and statistical and data analysis methods.
