- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture; a professional license is an advantage but is not required.
- Experienced Architect- Forte in planning and design Proficient in building codes and construction technicalities, with expertise extending beyond drawings and plans.
- Capable of effectively communicating technical concerns and delivering practical solutions to resolve design and construction conflicts.
- Keen to details, and considers other trades (MEPFS) when planning & designing.
- Can supervise/handle 2-3 projects simultaneously and check all plans for corrections/ discuss corrections to subordinates.
- Amenable to work in Camalig, Meycauayan, Bulacan Willing to do roving around Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao
