Jr. Project Architect - Manila

 I.  JOB SUMMARY

Site implementation and supervision of the created punch list record for unit turnover of the commercial, residential and buyer owned units. Assigned Architect to the Department assisting on all project design evaluation and creation.

• Submitted estimate and punch list records prior on budget approval of those units under and for repair works.
• Provide technical assistance needed by the AMG Department, residential & commercial leasing and Turn over group.
• Validate arising developer warranty claim and ensure that its repair cost will be at its very minimum to prevent monetary losses
• Provide technical expertise on arising owner or tenant concerns that its inter department will have.
• Perform any assigned duty to his/her no limited to this job scope assigned by the Sr. Project Manager
• Perform Design evaluation and creation for upcoming and on-going project handled by AMG Department

III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• With background on Post/Pre – Construction of Medium and High rise building
• With background on facilities or property management
• Knowledgeable in Facilities or Project Management
• With background on Design and Estimate
• At least 1-year experience on Site Construction or Property Management
• Licensed Architect
• Knows how to operate AutoCAD and Sketch up and latest Architectural Software
