PR, Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilites
- Scouting & Outreach: Actively identify and recruit influencers and affiliates across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube that align with our brand identity while also leveraging your existing network for influencers and affiliates.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a "hot list" of reliable creators, ensuring Gentro brands are top-of-mind for their content calendars.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Handle the end-to-end process of "inking deals, from initial sample giving and commissions to paid collaborations and long-term brand ambassadorships.
- Campaign Execution: Brief creators on brand guidelines, USPs and product benefits to ensure high-quality, high-converting content.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor affiliate-generated GMV, link clicks and engagement rates. Provide regular reports on ROI per creator.
- Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of viral trends and platform algorithm changes to pivot influencer strategies in real-time.
- Conversion Optimization: Drive sales-related TikTok & Shopee Affiliate GMV (Sales) through strategic influencer partnerships.
- The Network: Ideally possesses an existing, active "pool" or network of influencers and affiliates in the lifestyle, parenting or beauty niches. Being able to leverage your existing connections is a huge plus.
- Experience: 2+ years in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management or PR, specifically within the Philippine digital landscape.
- Sales Mindset: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to "sell" our brand vision to potential influencers and guide them on how to make content that aligns with our brand vision.
- Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of TikTok Shop's affiliate center and Shopee/Lazada affiliate platforms, as well as the influencer landscape in the Philippines (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively.
