ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations by managing financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in budget management.
This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers. Ensure all financial data is current and complete.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and monitor accounts receivable. Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual expenditures against budgeted amounts and report any variances.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial statements and reports for management review. Assist in the preparation of audit documentation.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including managing correspondence and organizing financial documents.
- Communication and Coordination: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations and provide support during audits and financial reviews.
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role is required
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
