• What You’ll Do:

As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping CPCI financially healthy and future-ready. You’ll lead financial planning, analysis, and compliance, while guiding a talented team toward excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving accurate financial reporting and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with senior management.
• Strengthening internal controls and overseeing audits.
• Managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Providing financial insights to support strategic decisions.
• Ensuring full tax compliance and monitoring regulation updates.
• Coaching and mentoring the finance team for growth and success.
• Overseeing vendor and contract negotiations for cost efficiency.
• Optimizing financial systems and software for accuracy and efficiency.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• CPA, CMA, or similar professional certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management (healthcare background is a plus!)
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills
• Excellent grasp of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software (SAP preferred)
• Detail-oriented with a talent for delivering accurate financial reports
• Strong leadership and team management skills
