Contract Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead and manage all contractual and commercial aspects of our hydropower projects. The role will ensure contracts are administered effectively, risks are minimized, and project objectives are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer project contracts, including variations and subcontracts.
• Review, negotiate, and ensure compliance with contract terms and obligations.
• Provide commercial and contractual support to the project team.
• Handle claims, disputes, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders on contractual matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in contract management, preferably in hydropower or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of contract forms.
• Proven experience in claims and dispute resolution.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
