Photography Studio Virtual Assistant

This is a remote position.
Schedule: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 1-hour unpaid break | Brisbane (AEST)
Paid hours per week: 16 Hours
Job Overview
Client is looking for a part-time Photography Studio Virtual Assistant to provide administrative and creative support across day-to-day business operations. This role starts at two days per week with the opportunity to grow in both hours and responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage emails and respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Handle invoicing and pay bills as required
- Assist with project and job management tasks
- Export images in Photoshop and save them to the cloud server
- Forward receipts to the bookkeeper and follow up on any requested information
- At least 2+ years in an administrative, assistant, or virtual assistant role
- Experience with the following tools is helpful but not essential:Microsoft OfficeGoogle SuiteAdobe LightroomPhotoshop (basic exporting and file management)Shopify
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- A creative flair or interest in working within a creative environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable learning new tools and software quickly
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
- Familiarity with Pixieset (preferred)
