- Develop and execute the overarching product and proposition strategy aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on market trends, innovations, and long‑term portfolio planning.

- Lead product concept development, benefit design, and pricing strategy.
- Integrate actuarial, financial, and risk considerations into all product designs.
- Maintain pricing governance and ensure profitability in partnership with actuarial and finance teams.
- Manage end‑to‑end product development and market rollout.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and timely delivery.
- Oversee governance of approvals, testing, documentation, and launch readiness.

A successful Products & Propositions Head should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, actuarial science, or related field; master's degree a plus
- Fellow of the Actuarial Society of the Philippines; at least Associate of the Society of Actuaries
- Extensive experience in product management, proposition development, or strategic marketing within insurance or financial services.
- Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong background in product design, pricing methodologies, and portfolio management.
- Deep understanding of customer insights, market research, regulatory requirements, and financial modelling.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
