About the Role

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is looking for a results-driven and experienced Team Manager to join our team in Taguig. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving team performance in line with company goals.

• Provide effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring to a team
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture while encouraging open communication
• Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries and escalations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

• Must have an insurance or risk management background related to leadership roles
• Must have proven people management experience, handling a team of at least 7 or more direct reports
• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder in any relevant field (4-year course)
• Must be flexible to work on shifting schedules, including NA hours if required
• Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
