About the Role
This is not the kind of HR role where you spend all day filing papers and watching the clock.
This is an opportunity for someone starting their HR career to gain real exposure to recruitment, employee support, coordination, and day-to-day HR operations inside a fast-moving Australian-focused business.
You will work closely with the HR and operations team, support internal processes, and learn how high-performing teams operate.
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, professional, and willing to learn quickly.

What You Will Be Doing
Recruitment Support- Assist with resume screening and interview coordination
- Communicate with candidates and schedule interviews
- Maintain recruitment trackers and applicant records
- Prepare and organise employee documents and records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain HR databases and filing systems
- Assist with internal communications and HR updates
- Support employee engagement activities and coordination
- Respond to basic HR-related enquiries
- Support data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks
- Assist the HR team with daily operational requirements
- Help ensure processes are completed accurately and on time
What We Are Looking For
Skills- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong English communication skills - written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn HR systems and processes
