About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at IMG Insurance Brokers Corp. in our Makati City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will support our in-house recruitment activities and help us build a talented team of professionals.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
- Posting job advertisements on various online platforms and maintaining our careers website
- Screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conducting initial phone screenings and pre-employment assessments
- Providing administrative support for recruitment-related activities, such as preparing offer letters and onboarding documents
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or any related course. (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)
- Experience in a recruitment or HR assistant role is a plus!
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with candidates
- A collaborative and proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
