Job Overview:

The Area Sales Manager plays a crucial leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of all branches within a designated geographical area. They are responsible for driving sales growth, achieving business objectives, and ensuring operational excellence across all branches.

This includes leading and motivating a team of sales professionals, implementing effective sales strategies, managing key partnerships, and ensuring the overall profitability and efficiency of the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute successful sales strategies to achieve targets and drive growth.

Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to achieve individual and team goals.

Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners (loan consultants and dealers).

Monitor and optimize branch performance for efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Identify and evaluate opportunities for strategic branch network expansion.

Ensure compliance with internal audit requirements and maintain zero audit findings.

Implement strategies to maintain high-quality loan portfolios and minimize defaults.

Collaborate with the collections partner to optimize recovery rates.

Analyze KPIs, address challenges, and optimize financial performance to achieve NIAT targets.

Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement, development, and retention.

Stay informed about industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications/Requirements

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of four (4) years of work experience in Sales, with at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity.

Strong technical sales skills, relevant product, and industry knowledge.

Strategic thinking and ability to think outside the box.

Excellent communication (written and oral), decision-making, problem-solving, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive, assertive, creative, innovative, adaptable, and analytical.

Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
