• Install, configure, and test network hardware including cables, routers, switches, and wireless access points.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of network equipment and connectivity issues.
• Assist with network upgrades, expansions, and relocations.
• Monitor and support wired and wireless network connections for end users.
• Document network layouts, changes, and technical procedures.
• Enterprise network monitoring, incident management response and vendor coordination
• Works directly with Security and other relevant IT departments.

• Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering degree, BS Computer Engineering, BS IT or its equivalent
• At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in the related field
• Experience in troubleshooting network and connection issues/problem.
• Preferably with basic knowledge with firewalls, routers and switches
• Basic understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with network cabling standards (Cat5e, Cat6, fiber) and tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems.
• Good knowledge of basic network hardware (switches, routers, patch panels).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends as needed.
