Compensation and Benefits Administration Specialist

Job Summary
The Compensation and Benefits Administration Specialist (CBADS)is responsible in assisting in the development of policies and implementation of company compensation and benefits program.
The (CBADS) is also responsible in assisting in the management of the Company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits- Assists in policy formulation
- Implements all compensation programs
- Administers all benefits and prepares the necessary reports
- Evaluates and processes recommendations for employee promotion
- Monitors and prepares separated employees' exit documents and separation pay
- Administers all benefits mandated by the law
- Prepares all payroll reports
- Maintains and safe keeps employees' 201 files
- Updates employees’ personal data in the HRIS
- Reviews employee information with government agencies for accurate maintenance and timely reporting of employee data
- Monitors employee attendance, leave availments and tardiness
- Prepares employee overtime report
- Administration of employee benefit and other related matters
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
- At least 5 years experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations related to payroll and taxes
- Knowledge / experience in HRIS systems
