Job description:
A Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the daily sales operation and ensure smooth communication between the internal departments and our dealer network. This role involves handling purchase and sales requests, maintaining updated inventory and dealer records, managing billing and collections, and providing assistance for demo units and direct orders.The ideal candidate should be proactive, tech-savvy, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing and invoicing at the sales counter, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Encode, consolidate, and convert Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Requests (SRs) into the internal system.
- Maintain and regularly update masterlists per dealer, tracking sales, requests, and inventories.
- Follow up on Sales Requests and coordinate with relevant departments to expedite processing.
- Monitor and follow up on collections, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
- Track and update aging SKUs (slow-moving or stagnant inventory) per dealer.
- Request, update, and monitor inventory levels for each dealer to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
- Coordinate borrowing of items for demo purposes and ensure proper documentation and return.
- Facilitate and track direct orders from dealers or clients and ensure proper fulfillment.
- Assist in general sales operations, reporting, and maintaining communication between sales, logistics, and finance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in sales coordination, admin support, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with inventory or ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player.
