Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Qualify inbound leads, follow up on sales inquiries, and maintain accurate records within the CRM system. This includes tracking lead sources, communication history, and sales progress.
• Order Processing: Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and accurate invoicing. Coordinate with logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update customer information within the designated CRM system. Track customer interactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Sales Support: Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed. Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing travel arrangements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing initiatives by assisting with email campaigns, social media updates, and other promotional activities.
• Inventory Management: (If applicable) Assist in monitoring inventory levels and reporting on stock status.
