Job Summary:

Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, vendor management, and building performance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while leading the facilities team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily facilities operations and preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee contractors, vendors, and building services.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Monitor site performance and drive operational improvements.
  • Lead and coach the facilities team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems, CMMS, and MS Office.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
