Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing facility operations, maintenance, vendor management, and building performance to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant facilities while leading the facilities team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily facilities operations and preventive maintenance.
- Oversee contractors, vendors, and building services.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Knowledge of MEP systems, CMMS, and MS Office.
