Job Description:

Responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient workplace by overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities. The role includes coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, managing service providers (e.g., cleaning, security, and landscaping), monitoring facility supplies and inventory, and ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Reports directly to the Facilities Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Graduate of a vocational course related to building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or a similar field. A valid Maintenance Technician certification is required.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills, particularly in troubleshooting facility-related issues.
Knowledge of building systems and preventive maintenance practices. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning (AC) systems is required.
