About the role
Seaweed International Exports Incorporated is seeking a full-time factory worker to join our dynamic team in Quezon City Metro Manila. As a factory worker, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility, ensuring the seamless production and packaging of our high-quality seaweed products.
What you'll be doing- Assisting with the loading and unloading of raw materials and finished goods
- Operating various machinery and equipment used in the production process
- Carefully packing and labelling finished products for distribution
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Adhering to all safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food or packaging industry
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills
