Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Operate and maintain mixing and baking equipment
- Knead, proof, and portion dough as required
- Monitor dough texture, fermentation, and quality
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients and finished dough
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area in compliance with health regulations
- Assist with inventory tracking and ingredient preparation
- Work closely with kitchen or bakery staff to meet production schedules
Requirements:

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials (e.g., flour bags)
