About the role
We are seeking an experienced Aircon Technician to join our team at Ong Bun Pension House. As an Aircon Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units across our hotel properties in Iloilo City.This is a full-time position based in our City Proper office.
What you'll be doing- Install, service, and maintain various types of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, and repair them as needed
- Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems to ensure optimum performance
- Monitor and adjust system controls to maintain appropriate temperatures and humidity levels
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities
- Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations
- Strong technical skills and experience in air conditioning and refrigeration repair
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration repair
- Familiarity with a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to work independently
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration
- College degree required
