Restaurant manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall restaurant operations, including FOH and BOH coordination
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
• Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of sales performance, cost control, and inventory management
• Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field is an advantage
