URGENT HIRING for an ACCOUNTING & ADMIN STAFF!!
Job Title: Accounting &Admin StaffLocation: Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting & Admin Staff to join our dynamic and creative team. This role is essential in supporting both accounting and administrative functions—ensuring efficient billing processes, smooth office operations, and accurate record-keeping.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with computerized accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) is highly preferred, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support- Manage office supplies and inventory; coordinate orders and restocking as needed.
- Track inventory levels and assist in preparing inventory reports.
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring messages are relayed to appropriate departments.
- Support HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and onboarding new hires.
- Record disbursement transactions in QuickBooks.
- Route financial documents to and from the Finance Department.
- Provide support to the Finance and Operations teams with day-to-day tasks.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other tasks and administrative duties as needed by management.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year experience in handling billing, collections, disbursements and taxes.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
