• Checks for authenticity of documents submitted for reimbursement
• Check and audit daily inventory report
• Serves as petty cash custodian of the area
• Coordinates with Iloilo licensing officer for printing sales invoices
• Receives billing on rent, utilities, and the like and send to it national payable officer for payment processing

• Must be college graduate, BS Accounting, Commerce, or Management Accounting
• Knowledgeable in MS Microsoft Applications
• EAO experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Attention to details and accuracy
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• Willing to be trained, to learn, and take on new responsibilities
• Background in operational of food production with work related experience
• Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures and meet deadlines; has sense of urgency
• Ability to plan, and develop; as well as implement systems to provide for efficient and productive commissary operations
• Good administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Capable of making sound decision in behalf of the company
• Ensures the integrity of business stated values in decision-making and interactions with others
