Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns on Facebook to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Stay updated on Facebook’s evolving algorithms, tools, and trends to ensure the company’s social media presence remains competitive.

• Manage marketing efforts in our third-party app, ensuring alignment with the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with app developers and partners to create and execute effective marketing plans.
• Monitor and report on app performance metrics, user engagement, and campaign ROI.

• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
• Work closely with the creative team to produce compelling content and promotional materials.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

• Mentor and motivate a team of marketing professionals to achieve their goals and grow their skills.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and app marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful Facebook campaigns and third-party app marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of Wordpress
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Experience in local store marketing is a plus.
